BIBI CARS — Car import from US and Korean auctions, end to end
BIBI Cars brings used cars from auctions in the USA and South Korea to Bulgaria, from the bid to the keys.
The storefront shows the catalogue with VIN and lot search and an import cost calculator; parsers keep it filled from auction sources and add each car’s VIN history.
Inside, a CRM runs every deal through deposit, bid, contract, payment, ocean and land shipping, customs and handover.
Four cabinets — admin, team lead, manager and client — see the same deal at their own level of detail.

Context
The challenge
An import deal passes through a dozen hands and two continents, and the client usually sees none of it.
Managers worked from messengers and spreadsheets, and questions about status took up their day. The company needed one system for the whole chain and a cabinet where the client follows the car without calling.
Solution
The approach
The deal is a pipeline with explicit stages and owners, so nothing moves without a document or a payment behind it. Container tracking and VIN history arrive automatically; contracts are signed and invoices paid inside the client cabinet.
