MVP development at a fixed price

An MVP has one job: to show, with real users and real money, whether a product deserves a bigger budget. As an MVP development company we build that first version — the smallest product that does the core thing properly — and agree its price before the first line of code.

Speed matters, but so does what comes after. We split the MVP into modules so you pay only for what the first release needs, and we build it on an architecture the second release can grow on instead of starting over. Our median MVP takes about four weeks.

Not sure what belongs in version one? Describe the idea: the estimate splits it into modules with hours, and the team review is where we cut what can wait.

MVP development

What an MVP from us includes

  • The core flow

The one path that proves the idea — sign-up to first order, booking to report, upload to result — built end to end, not mocked.

  • Web, mobile or both

A web app, an iOS and Android app on React Native and Expo, or a Telegram Mini App — whichever reaches your first users fastest.

  • Payments from day one

Card payments through Stripe or WayForPay, when the real test is whether people will pay.

  • An admin to run it

A back office for users, content and orders, so nobody edits the database by hand.

  • Analytics

Events on the steps that matter, so after launch you can see where users stop.

  • A path to version two

Clean modules with documentation, handed over once paid, so new features are added rather than rewritten.

How it works

From a brief to an accepted product

The same five steps for every project, whatever we build. You always know what is agreed, what is paid and what is done.

  1. Estimate

Describe the product in your own words, add a link or a file. In about 15 seconds you see the modules, the hours, the timeline and a price.

  2. Team review

Our team reads the brief and the estimate, asks about anything unclear in your cabinet or on a call, and confirms the scope and the price. Nothing starts before that.

  3. Contract

You sign a contract online: a fixed price, the scope split into modules, and a payment schedule — in full or by stages.

  4. Milestones

We build module by module. QA checks each one before it reaches you, and the cabinet shows the work as it moves.

  5. Acceptance

You have 7 days to review each module: accept it or send it back with a list of fixes. Your money stays in the project reserve until you accept.

Three formats

Choose how we build it

The format decides who writes the code and how much engineering review goes into it — and with that, the price and the pace.

  • AI / build

    AI Build

Fastest path · prototypes & internal tools

AI generates the structure and most of the implementation. Engineers review integrations and the release. The lowest cost, for prototypes, internal tools and MVPs that test an idea.

  • AI / engOur pick here

    AI + DEV

    Recommended for most MVPs

AI builds the scaffolding and the obvious parts. Engineers own the architecture, critical logic, integrations and full QA. Balanced pace and review, for customer-facing MVPs and B2B products.

  • full / eng

    DEV

    Maximum quality & control

Senior developers own architecture and implementation end to end. AI is an internal tool for speed, never the final author. For production systems and regulated domains.

AI + DEV is our default for an MVP that customers will use: fast, but with engineers owning the logic and QA. If the MVP is a prototype for investors or an internal test, AI Build ships it at the lowest cost. If it handles money or personal data at scale from day one, pick DEV.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

How much does MVP development cost?

It depends on the modules the first release needs. The estimate on our site shows modules, hours and a price in about 15 seconds; the format (AI Build, AI + DEV or DEV) moves the price the most. After the team review the price goes into the contract and stays fixed.

How long does it take to build an MVP?

Our median MVP takes about four weeks; a simple prototype in AI Build can be faster, a platform with several roles takes longer. The timeline is part of the estimate and of the contract, and it starts once the contract is signed and the first payment arrives.

What should go into an MVP?

Only what tests your riskiest assumption: one core flow, done properly, plus what you need to run it — payments, an admin, analytics. Everything else waits for the data. The team review is where we help you cut.

Can the MVP grow into the full product?

Yes, that is how we build it. Modules have clear boundaries, the architecture is chosen with the next release in mind, and the code comes with documentation. Version two starts with a new estimate in the same cabinet.

What if I want to change something during development?

Fixes that bring a module in line with the agreed scope are free. New features or changed requirements become a change request: we show the effect on the price and the timeline, and you approve it before we start.

Do I need a technical specification?

No. Plain text, a link to a competitor or a PDF is enough to start; the estimate turns it into modules, and the team review fills the gaps with you.
