This policy explains what personal data EVA-X collects, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Account: name, email, password (stored only as a hash), language and time zone; your Google profile name and email if you sign in with Google.
- Projects: briefs, messages, files and feedback you send us.
- Contracts: the legal details you enter for a contract (company or personal details, address, tax number). They are stored encrypted and used only for that contract and its invoices.
- Payments: amounts and statuses. Card details go straight to the payment provider; we never see or store them.
- Requests: what you send through the Contact form.
- Security: the IP address and browser of a session and of a contract signature, kept as evidence of signing.
Why
To run your account and projects, sign and keep contracts, take payments, answer you, keep the service secure and meet legal duties. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who else sees it
Our payment providers (to take payments), our email provider (to send messages), the builders on your project (only what the work needs) and authorities where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
While your account is open, and afterwards only as long as accounting and contract law require.
Your rights
In your profile you can download all your data and delete your account. You can also ask us to correct data or to stop a particular use of it through Support or the Contact form.
