These terms cover the EVA-X website and client cabinet. By creating an account or sending a request you accept them.
What we do
EVA-X designs and builds software products. On the site you can describe a product, get an estimate, sign a contract and follow the build in your cabinet. The estimate is a guide; the price and scope that bind both sides are the ones in the contract you sign.
Your account
- Give accurate details and keep your password to yourself. Two-step sign-in is available in your profile.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account until you tell us it was compromised.
- We may suspend an account used for fraud, abuse or to break the law.
Projects and payments
- Work starts after the contract is signed and the first payment arrives.
- Each stage is shown in your cabinet; you accept or send back every result.
- Payments are processed by our payment providers. Amounts, due dates and what each payment covers are listed under Payments in your cabinet.
Intellectual property
Rights to the delivered work pass to you as set out in your contract, once the related payments are made.
Liability
We do our work with care and fix defects in what we delivered as the contract describes. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service means you accept the update.
