Cost calculator

MVP cost calculator

Describe your MVP in your own words and the MVP cost calculator splits it into modules — the core flow, roles, payments, the admin — with hours, a timeline and a price in about 15 seconds.

Switch the build format to see how it moves the number. The estimate is free; after a review with our team the price goes into the contract and stays fixed.

Price drivers

What moves the price of an MVP

The idea itself is not a price driver. These six decisions are — and the calculator reads them from your brief.

  • The number of roles

Every role — customer, provider, manager, admin — brings its own screens, permissions and notifications. Going from one role to three can easily double the scope.

  • How much of the flow is real

Matching, approvals and refunds can be done by a person in the admin for a fraction of what the automated version costs. Automate once the flow is used.

  • Integrations

Payments, email and SMS, maps, accounting, a partner’s API: each one needs setup, error handling and test accounts. Poorly documented local APIs are the classic source of overruns.

  • Platforms

A web app is the cheapest way to reach users. iOS and Android add an interface layer and a store release; with React Native and Expo both come from one codebase.

  • Design depth

A clean interface from a proven component kit is enough to test an idea. A custom brand system and motion can wait for version two.

  • The build format

AI Build, AI + DEV or DEV. In our estimates the format moves the price more than any single feature — switch it in the calculator and compare.

An orientation for quotes from studios in Ukraine and the wider Eastern European market, not a price list. Agencies in the US and Western Europe tend to quote more for the same scope.

Modules

Modules the calculator prices

The usual parts of an MVP estimate. Each comes with its own hours, so you can see what version one needs and what can wait.

  • The core flow

The one path that proves the idea — sign-up to first order, booking to report — built end to end, not mocked.

  • Web, mobile or both

A web app, an iOS and Android app on React Native and Expo, or a Telegram Mini App — whichever reaches your first users fastest.

  • Payments

Card payments through Stripe or WayForPay, when the real test is whether people will pay.

  • The admin

A back office for users, content and orders, so nobody edits the database by hand.

  • Analytics

Events on the steps that matter, so after launch you can see where users stop.

  • A path to version two

Clean modules with documentation, so new features are added rather than rewritten.

Three formats

Choose how we build it

The format decides who writes the code and how much engineering review goes into it — and with that, the price and the pace.

  • AI / build

    AI Build

Fastest path · prototypes & internal tools

AI generates the structure and most of the implementation. Engineers review integrations and the release. The lowest cost, for prototypes, internal tools and MVPs that test an idea.

  • AI / engOur pick here

    AI + DEV

    Recommended for most MVPs

AI builds the scaffolding and the obvious parts. Engineers own the architecture, critical logic, integrations and full QA. Balanced pace and review, for customer-facing MVPs and B2B products.

  • full / eng

    DEV

    Maximum quality & control

Senior developers own architecture and implementation end to end. AI is an internal tool for speed, never the final author. For production systems and regulated domains.

AI + DEV is our default for an MVP that customers will use: fast, but with engineers owning the logic and QA. If the MVP is a prototype for investors or an internal test, AI Build ships it at the lowest cost. If it handles money or personal data at scale from day one, pick DEV.

How it works

From a brief to an accepted product

The same five steps for every project, whatever we build. You always know what is agreed, what is paid and what is done.

  1. Estimate

Describe the product in your own words, add a link or a file. In about 15 seconds you see the modules, the hours, the timeline and a price.

  2. Team review

Our team reads the brief and the estimate, asks about anything unclear in your cabinet or on a call, and confirms the scope and the price. Nothing starts before that.

  3. Contract

You sign a contract online: a fixed price, the scope split into modules, and a payment schedule — in full or by stages.

  4. Milestones

We build module by module. QA checks each one before it reaches you, and the cabinet shows the work as it moves.

  5. Acceptance

You have 7 days to review each module: accept it or send it back with a list of fixes. Your money stays in the project reserve until you accept.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

How much does an MVP cost?

As an orientation from the market: a clickable prototype $3,000–$12,000, a single-flow web MVP $12,000–$35,000, a multi-role or mobile MVP $35,000–$80,000, and a regulated or integration-heavy MVP $80,000–$150,000+. Your own number depends on the modules — that is what the calculator prices.

How long does it take to build an MVP?

Our median MVP takes about four weeks; a simple prototype in AI Build can be faster, a platform with several roles takes longer. The calculator shows a timeline for your scope, and the contract fixes it.

What should the brief say?

The one thing the MVP must prove, the roles that exist on day one, the core flow step by step, the integrations you cannot skip, and the platforms — web, mobile or both. A link to a competitor or a PDF is enough to start.

Which build format should I pick for an MVP?

AI + DEV is our default for an MVP that customers will use: fast, but with engineers owning the logic and QA. A prototype for investors or an internal test can go AI Build at the lowest cost. If the MVP handles money or personal data at scale from day one, pick DEV.

Is the calculator’s price what I will pay?

It is a first, non-binding estimate. Our team reviews it with you, asks about the gaps and helps cut what can wait; the agreed price then goes into the contract and does not grow with the hours. You pay in full or by stages, and the money stays in the project reserve until you accept each module.
